Snap Picks... If your order is placed by 3:00 in your time zone, Monday - Friday, Snap picks your order and prepares it for delivery the same day!
Snap Packs... All products marked with a UPS logo are packed and shipped via UPS or FedEx ground services. Products unable to ship via UPS, like certain furniture and over-sized items, have a reasonable delivery charge. These products are noted by a "Freight Charge Applies" icon. Freight charges will appear on your order confirmation during the check out process. Products shipped via common carrier may require longer delivery times and inside delivery charges may apply. (Inside delivery is not available to home offices or residential addresses. Truck shipments are tailgate/curbside delivery.)
Snap Ships... Our goal is to provide you with the fasted and most accurate shipments possible. We strive to deliver your products in 1 - 2 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation and tracking information. If your order contains items that are not in stock, or need to be shipped from another facility, we reserve the right to hold shipments until all products are received into our shipping facility.
The Procedure
Step 1: On-line orders generate a packing slip that print directly into our warehouse.
Step 2: Orders are processed based on Snap Supplies part numbers.
Step 3: Warehouse personnel inspect products prior to shipment for potential quality issues, all packages leaving our facility go through a quality check (QC) for order accuracy, package containment and protection.
Step 4: Each shipment is fully insured and a tracking number will be emailed once the package is shipped.
Step 5: Snap Supplies ships most orders via FedEx and UPS. Freight items are shipped common carrier.
The Policies
- While Snap Supplies strives to maintain it’s same day average shipments we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
- Snap Supplies will ship to any physical address in the US. Snap Supplies will not ship to P.O. Boxes and will not ship outside of the US at this time.
- Every order shipped from Snap Supplies is ensured up to the full purchase price. It is Snap Supplies responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Snap Supplies to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns.
- Snap Supplies preferred carrier is FedEx and all shipping will be completed through them unless otherwise specified. Snap Supplies shipping prices may vary with those of their carrier. Snap Supplies guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately displayed for each purchase at the time of purchase from Snapsupplies.com
- All ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of FedEx our preferred carrier. Snap Supplies honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.
