  2. What carriers do you use for shipping?

    Snap Supplies has relationships with both FedEx and UPS for ground shipments. For freight deliveries we use a variety of common carriers depending on the area of the country and kind of product being shipped.

  3. How long does it take to receive my order?


    We make every attempt to ship orders the same day they are received.  Place your order by 3:00 pm EST,  Monday - Friday, and you should receive your order in 2 - 3 days.    If items in your order are not in stock, your shipment may take a little longer.

  4. How can I pay for my order?


    Snapsupplies.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and P-cards.  We also accept EDI payments.  (Call customer service for payment information.)  

    Business customers who prefer to pay with checks, may complete a credit application and when approved, may place orders online using purchase order numbers.

  7. Does Snap Supplies accept purchase orders?


    We accept purchase orders from customers whose credit has been approved.   Click here to print out our credit application.   Our credit department will review your information and contact you once we have approved your application.

  8. I'm tax exempt, what do I need to do?


    If you are out of the state of Virginia, you have nothing to do....If you are tax exempt and located in Virginia, please email a copy of your tax exempt certificate to [email protected]
